House salad with spring mix, cucumbers, red peppers, radish tossed in a raspberry dressing topped with cashews

Second Course

Beef wellington with cabernet demi glaze served with twice baked potato served with sour cream and asparagus

Lobster Ravioli in a lobster butter sauce topped with fresh lobster and asparagus

Cornish Hen with sausage stuffing and glazed with a apricot grand marnier sauce served with wild & balsamic rice and asparagus
