Itinerary
DAY 1 – SEPT 19
- Check-in from 3pm, settle into rooms. Collect your Swag Bag and R&R Booklet.
- Obtain Fishing Licenses
- 6PM – Welcome reception, complimentary champagne, meet and greet with passed Canape’s and Bar
DAY 2 – SEPT 20
- Theme for the day “You’re a Rockstar”
- Come dressed as your favourite rockstar or band. Then join in the Karaoke, so we can hear you belt out your favourite tunes.
- Breakfast in the dining room available from 6:00am – 11am (boxed for fishing goers)
- MORNING TIDE FISHING
- Shuttle leaves Hotel @ 6:00am-
- Fishing @ 6:30am – 11am (4hr fish)
- AFTERNOON TIDE FISHING
- Shuttle leaves Hotel @ 12pm – 5pm
- Fishing @ 12:30pm – 5:pm (4hr fish)
- WHEN YOU’RE NOT FISHING
- Spa, Shopping, Swimming or Relax on the Patio with our special cocktails
- 6PM – Tyee Room & On the Patio (weather permitting)
- 6:30PM – Appetizers 7PM Dinner.
- Prizes for the day’s catch – result update
- Music Trivia, Karaoke and Party
DAY 3 – SEPT 21
- Theme for the day ‘PINKS’ (in honour of the Pink Salmon, wear pink)
- Breakfast in the dining room available from 6:00am – 11am (boxed for fishing goers)
- MORNING TIDE FISHING
- Shuttle leaves Hotel @ 6:00am-
- Fishing @ 6:30am – 11am (4hr fish)
- AFTERNOON TIDE FISHING
- Shuttle leaves Hotel @ 12pm – 5pm
- Fishing @ 12:30pm – 5:pm (4hr fish)
- Boxed lunch supplied for those fishing. For those returning from fishing Lunch will be available in the Restaurant or on the Patio from 12PM – 3PM

- GALA AWARDS BANQUET – “PINK”
