Catering Guidelines
Minimum Guest Requirements
To ensure exceptional service, catering functions are subject to minimum guest counts or minimum food and beverage spend. If your event falls below the stated minimum, additional menu selections may be added to meet the required minimum spend.
Bar Service
In accordance with BC liquor regulations, all alcoholic beverages must be supplied and served by Anchor Inn & Suites. Events with less than $500 in net bar sales are subject to a bartender fee of $35 per hour (3-hour minimum). Hospitality rooms incur a $50 daily surcharge and must be catered exclusively by the hotel.
Planning & Confirmation
Our catering coordinator and chef will help customize the perfect menu for your event.
- Menu selections: 14 days prior
- Food & beverage confirmation: 7 days prior
- Final guest count: 72 hours prior
All food and beverages must be provided by Anchor Inn & Suites, with the exception of wedding cakes. Final billing is based on the confirmed guest count or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
